The design process centered on smart, efficient choices due to a tight budget and timeline. In the kitchen, we addressed the challenge of high ceilings with sleek black cabinets framing an exposed wooden beam, drawing the eye downward and creating a cohesive look. A textured plaster backsplash bridged the modern cabinetry with the original brick, adding warmth and subtle depth. For the bathroom, we leaned into bold, vintage-inspired elements, including dark green walls and statement lighting, creating a space that felt both playful and timeless. By pairing accessible materials with thoughtful splurges, we transformed the loft into a perfect blend of rugged industrial character and polished modern design—truly a Rocky Mountain High.
