When Fed Up, a local meal prep company redefining "health food," approached us to design a flagship location, we knew the space had to balance their clean, vibrant branding with the practical needs of a commercial kitchen. The existing space was a challenge, with drop ceilings, outdated tile, and cramped corridors, but we pushed to raise the ceilings and create a fresh, open layout. Key elements included an arched hallway that softened the space and guided customers, as well as a massive reception desk that doubles as a kitchen island and workspace, featuring playful edge details and colorful tilework for an artistic touch. Materials like glossy whites, natural oak, pops of black, and shades of green tied the design back to Fed Up’s branding, while meeting the functional requirements for food safety and operations. The result is a balanced, welcoming space that sets the tone for their future locations, a flagship that’s as fresh as the meals they prepare that's about Good Vibrations.
