This new-build farmhouse in Eden, Utah was built by the owners from the ground up. The house features tall ceilings, a large great room and an owners suite on a whole separate level. They reached out to A\Typical to add some personality with furnishings and accessories to help tie the space together and add some visual interest. We found a balance between keeping things neutral and adding texture with pops of color throughout. We also included sturdy furniture pieces that are functional and practical for this family of 9.
